Codec & Flexor (Sven Zalac and Matthias Freund) have played and sung all over the world, have published various remixes and have finally given their creativity lots of space full of old and new pictures for familiar music.
Their second album "Killermachine" will be out on Kitty-yo by march 2006. Though the title may sound brutal, but it is everything but raw if it comes to the content. It promises what is implied metaphorically by the title... hits that dance on the thin line between mainstream and club orientated electro-pop without ever loosing their balance. It is by no means offbeat to say that new wave left some traces.
This album is not afraid of references to Depeche Mode, Human League or even Gary Numan within the context of todays electronic pop music. Killer!
